By purchasing Lowland Brewing products you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

To not re-sell any Lowland Brewing products to other wholesalers unless permission is given by a representative of Lowland Brewing subject to management approval.

To accept the products on a sold as seen basis and that poor management of the product that leads to spoiling after being sold will not always entitle a refund.

​

Payment terms are within 30 days of receiving the product. If payment is delayed beyond 30 days then an interest rate of 10% per annum will be applied to the total on a pro rata basis.

Lowland Brewing products will always be sold on a first come first served basis and cannot always guarantee that products will be available.

​

All Lowland Brewing products are made to the best standard possible although some products may from time to time differ depending on age and batch.

By purchasing a share in Lowland Brewing you are agreeing to the following terms:

Lowland Brewing will hold your contact information and details for the duration of your holding of the share.

​

You agree to hold the share in accordance with the articles of memorandum and association of Galldachd na h-Alba Brewing Ltd.

If you wish to sell the share Lowland Brewing holds the right to first purchase.
